Once the high-quality tongue has been slowly grilled until it is ripe to eat, prepare the filling, which is made with plenty of chopped green onions! Then, sandwich the filling between the hot tongue and enjoy! The juicy flavor and texture of the grilled tongue go perfectly with the flavor of the green onions! You can also squeeze some lemon on top to taste◎ Be sure to enjoy it with your favorite drink♪

You can enjoy it cooked just the right amount rare, or cooked to your liking. Our "yaki-shabu" is a must-try dish. We use a generous amount of the tender loin meat, which melts in your mouth, and enjoy it with our specially made "yolk sauce."
